Dobson Healthcare offers every person the opportunity to stay in their own home.

From highly trained registered nurses and licensed practical nurse to high-tech home health aides, you can receive the care you need 7 days a week with visits ranging from 4 hours up to 24 hours a day. Dobson Healthcare is committed to provide the highest level of care, no matter how large or small the task may be.

Infusions

Dobson understands that infusion and injection therapies are very intricate and specialized. As a result, you should expect nothing less than professional, confident, and experienced specialty nurses so you can receive your infusion therapy or IV treatment without the need to visit an infusion center.

Please note that our Infusion Services must be pre-authorized through your physician and we must coordinate directly with your pharmacy.

Wound Care

At Dobson, you can expect a holistic approach for treating various wounds in the home.

Throughout the healing process, nurses will care for and teach you and your family about your wound(s). Preventing infection or further damage to the wound, maintaining your nutrition and hydration, proper position and/or offloading, and pain management are key treatment aspects.

Our RN Care Coordinators work directly with patient specialty doctors to ensure our Wound Care clients see continual healing improvements. During your recovery, you will see measurable improvements receiving care from a Dobson RN because our RNs have extensive knowledge in Wound Care and experience with the most complex wounds.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)/Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)

Unforeseen circumstances change our life plans when we least expect it. The mind is a fragile organ and as so, individuals with a TBI and/or SCI are serviced by our TBI/SCI experienced caregivers to give family members a much-needed break without having to compromise the care you are receiving.

Respiratory

If you require assistance with your ventilator or trache tubes, you will be a part of our acute care program. Our nurses have extensive experience with managing and monitoring ventilators and tracheotomy care.

Agency/Facility Supplemental Staffing

Dobson Healthcare’s staff is available for either long term or short term staffing options for complimentary agencies/facilities throughout the State of Michigan. Our staff can provide care in facilities and/or direct patient homes when shortages of specific staff occur.

We provide staff ranging from CNA care in a nursing care facility up to RN client care on the ICU floors of our local hospitals. Dobson Healthcare is also contracted by several hospice agencies for end of life care. The following facility types can be staffed by Dobson:
