Dobson RN Nurse Care Coordinators are responsible for providing unsurpassable Continuity of Care by overseeing clinical care and supervising all direct client care and staff operations.
These positions are full time, Monday-Friday, occasional weekend on-call, competitive salary, and extensive benefit package available. Positions are based out of Corporate Office in Bay City, Michigan.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current licensure through the State of Michigan.
- At least 3 years of acute direct patient care experience within the past 5 years.
- Previous or current supervisory experience in home care and/or hospice. Must have experience with venipuncture, intravenous therapy, wound care, closed head injuries, and spinal cord injuries, ventilators.
- Candidates must possess strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and be flexible/ willing to travel.

- Must have at least 1 year of acute direct patient nursing care experience. Must have recent, with the past 6 months experience with the placement of peripheral intravenous access sites. Prior experience with multiple types of infusion access devices, IV therapy team, home infusion, ambulatory infusion suite is preferred.
- Must have strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication a must.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.
